I use Atticus for my own work to create .epub and .pdf files that are ready for publishing. I can do custom chapter headings, scene breaks, drop caps, etc. in all standard trim sizes and font typesets. I am not artistic, so I won't illustrate artwork, but I can raid Canva for some fun graphics that fit the themes of your novel. Or if you already have custom illustrations, I'm happy to incorporate those into your manuscript.

Note: This is for B&W books only that have been edited and proofread -- I am not a good fit for picture books, graphic novels, etc. I will do my best to catch errors but do not trust me to proofread for you. Can I check indents and page numbers? Yeah. Can I check your comma usage? No, I can't even check my own.

As a queer and trans/non-binary person who loves reading, I'm happy to read and provide feedback on all genres. I'll provide a reader report with developmental feedback on characters, overall impressions as a reader, plot, pacing, etc. I'll provide in-line comments on your manuscript with my reactions and line-level suggestions. Additionally, I'll focus on authenticity and potential cliches/harmful tropes for LGBTQ+ characters. 

I'm happy to read all genres but please note if your work includes darker elements such as any erotic situations that aren't quite safe, sane, or consensual (which is still fine, I just like to know if it's intentional). 

I can do my best to flag potentially problematic issues with characters of color, characters with a disability, etc. However, I would strongly recommend hiring someone from the community you're writing about for diversity dimensions I cannot provide authentic insight.
